Responsible for the capacity building of the production process technology team, leading the design and optimization of the production process engineering technology route for the introduction of R&D projects into the factory; 2. Responsible for optimizing the production process conditions, controlling the production process, and improving product performance of the main products, and promptly solving technical problems that arise during production; 3. Lead the pilot development of new products, evaluate the process conditions of new products, and propose improvement suggestions; 4. Participate in the development of technical systems for production site management, quality management, safety management, etc., and provide support. 2、 Basic requirements for employment. 1. Have a doctoral degree, Chemical engineering and processes, chemical processes, polymer materials and other chemical related majors; 2. Have research experience in the field of fine chemicals,- Publish high-level academic papers; 3. Familiar with the production process and formula principles of photoresist and resin, familiar with equipment knowledge, with more than 10 years of relevant work experience; 4. Possess excellent scientific research ability and team spirit, excellent sense of responsibility and professional ethics; 5. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think independently and solve problems that arise in production; 6. Possess excellent English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand relevant English technical materials.
