Responsible for daily management and coordination of electrolyte integration projects; 3. Responsible for promoting and implementing new research and development areas, grasping project development milestones, and ensuring mass production of new projects; 4. Responsible for coordinating and resolving issues related to the promotion of new projects; 5. Write proposal and daily project situation reports; 6. Present to new and existing clients; 7. Responsible for external technical exchange meetings and understanding the market situation of new projects; 8. Coordinate with sales, quality assurance, and production departments. Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree, major in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry or related fields; 2. More than 5 years of experience in electrolyte research and development, process management, and practical application guidance; 3. Proficient in project management; 4. Have good communication and expression skills, as well as the ability to organize and write documents; 5. Have good leadership skills, strong resistance to pressure, integrity, and honesty.
