Establish a research and development team to build a pilot platform for the crystallization process of the company’s products; 2. Responsible for leading the project team to complete the R&D project plan formulated by the company; 3. Responsible for researching and innovating crystallization processes, and cooperating with the company to carry out product upgrades and technological transformations; 4. Responsible for coordinating and arranging the work of personnel within the R&D team to ensure timely completion of the project; 5. Develop and improve workflow, design and implement project experimental plans, and regularly summarize progress; 6. Responsible for completing project literature research and analysis work; 7. Complete the collection, organization, and compilation of project related materials as required; 8. Responsible for the intellectual property layout of project related products; 9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors Qualifications for the position. 1. Graduate degree or above, major in Chemical Process, Crystallization Separation or related fields; 2. More than 5 years of experience in the research and development of crystallization process applications; 3. Strong technical research ability, able to quickly grasp new technology solutions and lead the team to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems; 4. Has certain leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, meticulous work, good communication skills, and a good team spirit; 5. Proficient in English reading and literature patent retrieval skills.
