Design possible synthetic routes and synthesize and purify high-quality products based on literature or known methods of our company for the target products of research and development (dye front-end small molecules and intermediates); 2. Efficiently explore synthetic routes and clearly and standardly record the experimental process; 3. Ensure the quality and quantity of the project, complete it on schedule, and strictly control the consumption of various costs; 4. Organize and lead key technological breakthroughs; 5. Development of innovative intermediates and small molecules; 6. Other tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications for the position. 1. Master’s or doctoral degree in organic, organometallic, or pharmaceutical chemistry; 2. More than 5 years of experience in synthetic chemistry, familiar with common organic reactions; 3. Strong professional skills in organic chemistry, able to independently engage in multi-step organic synthesis reactions, familiar with the mechanism of organic chemistry reactions; 4. Having independent experience in route design and process research and development; Proficient in using commonly used literature search tools such as Scifinder, Reaxys, etc.; 5. Familiar with the principles of modern analytical instruments such as NMR, HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, etc.; 6. Strong ambition, diligent and eager to learn, not taking shortcuts; Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; 7. Strong hands-on ability, able to think independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 8. Experience in the synthesis of small molecules and intermediates for dyes or drugs, with a background in organic chemistry or full synthesis, is preferred.
