Development of quartz glass and its optical components; 3. Research and development of the latest raw material resources both domestically and internationally; 4. Research and pre research on new technologies and products; 5. Research on the dispersion process of nano powder and development of dispersion products; 6. Research on the preparation and processing technology of quartz glass optical components; 7. Realize the process conversion from laboratory technology research and development to mass production. Qualifications for the position. 1. Doctoral degree, major in materials (inorganic non-metal, nano materials), or material related chemistry (sol gel), etc.; 2. Having a strong curiosity, able to observe, record, analyze, and summarize experimental phenomena and results in detail; 3. Having excellent hands-on skills, able to operate and maintain relevant experimental equipment; 4. Capable of adapting to different work project requirements for basic research and product development; 5. Having excellent oral and written communication skills; 6. Having a team spirit, able to share and collaborate with the team, and able to communicate effectively with other departments; 7. Familiar with the basic properties, characteristics, and preparation methods of quartz glass materials; 8. Familiar with the operation and application of basic material preparation equipment and material analysis.
