Conduct research and principle demonstration on optical solutions based on project requirements; 2. Complete optical system design and key component selection, able to independently carry out a series of work such as design, drawing, assembly and testing; 3. Develop process control specifications for mass production, prepare inspection procedures and related technical documents to ensure smooth implementation of mass production; 4. Develop products iteratively based on market demand and customer feedback; 5. Write patent documents, implementation plan documents, and related technical documents. Job requirements 1. PhD or above in optics or optical engineering; 2. Have a profound understanding of optical principles and applied optics; 3. Proficient in using software such as Zemax/TracePro; 4. Having rich experience in the design, production, and assembly of optical products; 5. Strong ability to organize, coordinate, analyze, and solve problems; 6. Experience in optical automatic defect detection is preferred.
