Master’s degree or above, with over 10 years of research and development experience in the same industry and over 5 years of management experience in the same position; 2. Proficient in the research and development technology of modified plastic products, and skilled in the development of specialized materials such as modified PA, PP, PPA, etc; 3. Master the latest technological methods in the industry; 4. Grasp the industry’s technological and business development trends, and have unique insights into key technologies.
