Responsible for the research and development of analytical techniques related to gene therapy drugs; 2. Responsible for quality research of gene drug products and troubleshooting related issues; 3. Transforming relevant platform technologies into the research and development of detection products; 4. Participate in the development of drug efficacy evaluation system for gene drugs; 5. Transfer and train new analytical methods to collaborating laboratories to troubleshoot issues. Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degrees in basic medicine, immunology, virology, genetics, biochemistry, and related fields; 2. Engaged in the development and quality research of biological product inspection methods, experience in virus vector detection is preferred; 3. Familiar with experimental methods and principles related to biochemical and molecular biology, as well as the use of related equipment; 4. Familiar with cell culture related operations, experience in cell assay biological activity determination is preferred; 5. Familiar with basic molecular biology knowledge, including molecular cloning, vector construction, and sequence analysis. Candidates who can perform bioinformatics analysis are preferred; 6. Have innovative thinking in scientific research, team spirit, and rigorous work attitude. Published academic articles in English as the primary author; 7. Possess excellent English speaking, writing, and reading abilities.
