Undertake the company’s new material development projects, independently review materials, and design project implementation plans; 2. Guide team members in conducting chemical experiments, analyzing data, and improving project implementation plans; 3. Summarize the research and development achievements and write patent applications; 4. Cooperate to complete departmental research and development related tasks. Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree in Chemistry; 2. Familiar with organic synthesis, polymer synthesis, and the synthesis and development of organic/polymer optoelectronic materials; 3. Experience in developing organic/polymer OLED materials is preferred; 4. Ability to independently design project implementation plans; 5. Strong teamwork skills, interpersonal and communication abilities.
