Responsible for the development and design of 3C battery cell products, leading the completion of product project development verification until smooth mass production; 2. Responsible for the development and application of new technologies, processes, and materials in product development; Timely provide technical support related to customer needs within the product project cycle; Preparation and output of product technical reports. 3. Participate in customer technical exchanges (including organizing and outputting product information related to technical exchanges); Activities related to product requirements such as process quality system. 4. Verify the chemical system, size design, and process flow design of battery cell products, and output relevant technical documents; Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree, with priority given to majors in materials, chemistry, and chemical engineering; 2. More than 3 years of work experience in lithium battery design and research and development; 3. Good English writing and communication skills are preferred; 4. Familiar with the basics, battery design, battery process flow, DFMEA, etc. of lithium-ion batteries, proficient in the chemical system, structure, and process of lithium-ion batteries; 5. Familiar with voltage deduction, three electrode fabrication, and proficient in using relevant electrochemical performance analysis techniques such as DQDV, EIS, etc; Familiar with SEM, EDS, ICP and other analytical methods; 6. Having good comprehension, judgment, cognition, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities; 7. Strong principles, high self-discipline, and hardworking.
