Other tasks assigned by superiors. Job requirements. 1. Talents with doctoral degrees or senior technical titles; 2. Familiar with adhesives and coatings, experience in industry university research cooperation is preferred; 3. Experienced theoretical level in the industry; 4. Capable of product planning; 5. Work experience in R&D and product development management positions in sealant and coating companies is preferred; 6. Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills are preferred; 7. Excellent fresh graduates can also be considered.
