Daily management work of research laboratory/group; 3. Other tasks assigned by superiors. Job requirements. 1. Talents with doctoral degrees or senior technical titles; 2. Has influence in the field of sealants and coatings; 3. Experienced theoretical level in the industry; 4. Capable of product planning (with successful cases); 5. More than 3 years of work experience in R&D and product development management positions in sealant and coating enterprises; 6. Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills are preferred.
