Educational background. PhD or above, major in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or related fields; 2. Technical requirements. Possess rich experience in antibody engineering modification, proficient in antibody humanization, FC modification, affinity maturation, post-translational modification analysis and removal, and have certain experience in phage display mutation library construction, protein directed evolution, antigen epitope prediction, protein three-dimensional structure analysis, aggregation effect analysis, immunogenicity analysis, etc; Proficient in using relevant professional software, with strong abilities in literature search and patent analysis; 3. Work experience. Master’s degree for more than 5 years or PhD for more than 2 years, responsible for 2 or more antibody engineering development projects with successful cases; 4. Other.
