Responsible for the research and development of control algorithms for variable frequency motors, including but not limited to vector control, direct torque control, and adaptive control algorithms; 2. Participate in the modeling, simulation, and optimization of motor control systems to improve their dynamic performance and energy efficiency; 3. Assist hardware engineers in integrating and testing motor control systems to ensure the reliability and stability of algorithms; 4. Track the development trends of relevant technologies both domestically and internationally, and participate in the pre research work of the company’s cutting-edge technologies; 5. Write technical documents and patent applications to support the intellectual property rights of technological achievements. Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering or related majors; 2. Familiar with motor control theory and have research experience in variable frequency motor control algorithms; 3. Proficient in using simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink; 4. Having good programming skills, proficiency in C/C++or Python is preferred; 5. Has good teamwork and communication skills, and a strong sense of innovation. Deadline.
