Connect with customers and develop targeted solutions based on their specific needs; Collaborative handling of related customer complaints; 3. Develop relevant experimental plans for implementation, collect and analyze relevant data, and write reports; 4. Coordinate with various bases, reduce costs for S/T series product technology, and provide technical support for the introduction of new products in the early stage; 5. Other tasks such as project application and patent writing. Qualifications for the position. 1. PhD degree, major in chemistry, materials science or related fields; 2. 1 year or more of research experience in lithium-ion battery positive electrode ternary, lithium iron phosphate, sodium ion batteries, etc., able to independently conduct material research and development; 3. Proficient in using various instruments and equipment, familiar with material characterization techniques and analytical testing standards, with certain quality control experience; 4. Have good communication skills and team spirit; Diligent and hardworking, with strong execution ability, able to handle work pressure.
