Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive advantages and disadvantages, market capacity, and understand user pain points and needs for surgical robots and their accessories; Coordinate with customers, market, research and development, and other departments to determine the positioning, performance, functionality, and highlights of the product, and output the product requirements specification document; 2. Organize requirements and R&D personnel to write requirement documents, review and manage product requirements; 3. Manage the product lifecycle, including resource coordination, review reporting, progress control, and key decision-making during the development process, to ensure the achievement of product quality, schedule, and cost goals; 4. Organize periodic acceptance of products to determine the achievement of goals; 5. Convey product information to downstream and collaborate with the market to develop sales strategies. Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree or above; 2. Medical, biomedical engineering, and other engineering majors are preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience; 3. Experience as a product manager in areas such as endoscopes and medical robots is preferred; 5. English CET6; 6. Having good logical thinking, written expression ability, and language expression ability; 7. Strong execution ability, strong management skills, strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate across departments; 8. Having team spirit; 9. Business trips are acceptable.
