Understand the relevant scientific research content in the field of ADC and be able to participate in the design of ADC project development; 2. Synthesize the required small molecules according to project requirements, and conduct small-scale optimization and pilot scale amplification; 3. Proficient in common organic synthesis and purification techniques, independently complete organic reactions, and complete experimental records and data organization according to company requirements; 4. Possess independent thinking ability and can complete literature review and summarization; 5. Obey project arrangements and actively complete related work. Job requirements. 1. With rich experience in organic synthesis, 3 years of experience, able to independently complete experimental operations such as synthesis and purification; 2. Familiar with and able to analyze the detection and identification results related to organic synthesis, and able to solve problems according to actual situations; 3. Have experience in process optimization and be familiar with the relevant content of amplification synthesis; 4. ADC related work experience is preferred; 5. Priority will be given to those with a doctoral degree or a master’s degree with extensive experience, majoring in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical science.
