Responsible for planning radar system products and key technology paths; 2. Responsible for researching new technologies in the design of phased array radar systems; 3. Responsible for demonstrating and designing phased array radar system schemes, developing overall design schemes and technical designs, decomposing system indicators, and reviewing subsystem schemes; 4. Responsible for phased array radar link design simulation and waveform design, system hardware solution implementation, chip selection and architecture design; 5. Responsible for developing performance testing, debugging, and calibration plans for phased array radar system integration, organizing and implementing radar field experiments, and proposing testing requirements; 6. Participate in the design and development of core algorithms and signal processing algorithms for phased array radar systems; 7. Design collaborative antennas, RF, hardware, and algorithms, develop testing and validation plans, evaluate and optimize system performance; 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader Job requirements. 1. Master’s and doctoral degrees in radar, electronics, communication and other related majors through unified enrollment; 2. Expert in overall technology of radar systems, with rich experience in phased array radar system overall scheme and system architecture design; 3. Proficient in phased array radar systems and basic principles, possessing strong professional knowledge related to phased array radar, as well as radar algorithms (signal processing and data processing), IC architecture/array signal processing, etc.; 4. Proficient in MATLAB and use it for radar signal processing Data processing simulation, Simulink link simulation; 5. Have complete experience in radar system development, strong system design and algorithm simulation capabilities; 6. Those with rich experience in system level project demonstration and approval; 7. Familiar with the development trends of modern advanced radar systems; 8. Ability to read professional English literature fluently; 9.
