Participate in the evaluation and planning of clinical trial projects based on departmental goals and needs, design clinical trial protocols and specific implementation plans, and promote project implementation; 2. Organize and analyze clinical research data, establish databases, write clinical research reports, publish academic papers, and provide academic support for clinical applications and market development; 3. Answer clinical and medical questions from internal technical personnel within the team, as well as external experts’ questions about the company’s product technology; 4. Have a good grasp of industry trends, participate in new product market research, and be responsible for training internal and external clinical research content; 5. Academic support for large-scale conferences and maintenance of expert relationships with clinical partners on a daily basis. Qualifications for the position 1. Doctoral degree, major in clinical, medical, laboratory, biology or related fields, with priority given to research on tumor methylation; 2. Possess good communication and data analysis skills; 3. Possess certain adaptability, broad thinking, and independent thinking; 4. Serious and responsible, hardworking, able to adapt to business trips.
