Responsible for SiC epitaxy process development, designing process engineering experiments, collecting data, analyzing, and outputting reports; 2. Cooperate with the engineering department to develop SiC epitaxy equipment; 3. Provide * * process data to the marketing department to maximize marketing impact; 4. Assist in marketing/sales activities through customer presentations, exhibitions, and industry conferences; 5. Eliminate complex problems and solve difficult process engineering problems; 6. Interact with customers and solve various difficult process engineering problems on-site; 7. Analyze various technical issues that arise during the R&D and customer production processes, and perform root cause analysis. Job requirements. 1. PhD/Master’s degree in physics, materials physics, microelectronics, or related fields; 2. GaN or GaAs, or Si epitaxial process experience is preferred; 3. SiC epitaxial experience is preferred; 4. Good communication and collaboration skills. Salary.
