Responsible for arranging the research and development, trial production, and mass production introduction of new products and processes for external extension; 2. Improvement of external research and development, production processes, quality improvement, and customer audit response; 3. Responsible for the preparation of extension engineering and production operation manuals, as well as the training of engineers and technicians; 4. Responsible for debugging MOCVD equipment and handling process abnormalities; 5. Characterization of epitaxial wafers, such as XRD, PL, ECV and other equipment for anomaly analysis, to assist in anomaly handling; Job requirements. 1. PhD degree in physics, optoelectronics, semiconductor materials related majors, with over two years of relevant work experience; 2. Proficient in semiconductor material physics knowledge, with prior experience in studying or working with semiconductor lasers preferred; 3. Experience in the research and development of InP/GaAs material systems or epitaxial growth is preferred.
