Conduct research on third-generation semiconductors and key packaging materials; 2. Develop product routes and implementation plans based on company needs, organize teams to carry out technical research and product development work; 3. Lead the planning, initiation, implementation, and acceptance of third-generation semiconductor and key packaging material development projects; 4. Promote the transformation of research and development achievements and continuously provide technical support; 5. Coordinate cross departmental resources, including technology, equipment, funding, and manpower, to ensure the smooth progress of the project; 6. Track the latest technological trends in the industry and introduce new technologies or ideas. Job requirements. 1. Hold a doctoral degree or above, with over 8 years of work experience, majoring in physics, materials science, chemistry, or related fields; 2. Have worked in leading companies in the semiconductor and critical packaging materials industry for over 5 years, with more than 5 years of team management experience; 3. Priority will be given to those with project related experience.
