Understand the usage, characteristics, and future development trends of LCP films in different application fields, track the progress of industry application development, and make predictions on the development of cutting-edge industries; 1.3 Market Planning Develop a development plan for LCP thin film materials, focusing on research areas to provide clear direction for product development. Prediction; 1.4 Intellectual Property Layout Follow up on the progress of competitors’ patent applications, write core patent restrictions on competitors, and timely file patent lawsuits to cooperate with market promotion work. 2 Product development 2.1 Preliminary research Through in-depth research on patents and literature, understand the industry’s technical overview, process routes, and technical level. Based on the mastered technology and the characteristics of existing devices, propose feasible technical solutions and apply for project approval; 2.2 Trial Fully participate in the construction of the pilot plant, including process design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and other related work; Responsible for conducting small-scale experiments, producing products that meet market demand through formula experiments, process experiments, and various modification experiments; Responsible for product quality, performance evaluation, process technology evaluation, cost and other economic evaluations, providing a basis for industrialization. 3 Industrialization Participate in the construction and commissioning of industrial facilities throughout the process; Responsible for tracking product quality and customer usage. Closely follow up on customer issues and resolve them properly. Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree, major in chemical engineering; 2. Have over 3 years of experience in LCP synthesis and development at Celanese, Sumitomo, and Baoli companies; 3. Have a deep understanding of the LCP synthesis production process; 4. Gain a deeper understanding of the downstream modification, film, fiber, and other usage scenarios of LCP 5. Familiar with project management and product development processes.
