B： Senior Polymer Synthesis Researcher -Responsible for the organic synthesis research, development, and process optimization of biopharmaceutical polymers (including but not limited to long-acting proteins/peptides, ADCs, ProTACs, mRNA vaccines, gene drugs, immunosuppressants, macromolecular micelles, and modifiers, excipients, and intermediates for liposome applications); -Responsible for organic synthesis research, development, and process optimization of medical polymer new materials; -Determine the suitable technical route for scaling up and production, and solve various problems in the scaling up and production process; -Coordinate cooperation with other departments. Recruitment requirements 1. Majoring in organic synthesis, organic drug synthesis, or polymer chemistry, with a doctoral degree obtained within 3 years, who have obtained a doctoral degree from domestic and foreign research institutions in recent years or are expected to graduate in 23; 2. Physically and mentally healthy, with strong professional dedication and teamwork ability, able to fulfill postdoctoral research work with diligence and responsibility; 3.
