Apply for and undertake various scientific research projects and organize their implementation. Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree; 2. Majors related to optoelectronics, microelectronics, electronic science and technology, materials physics, semiconductors, condensed matter physics, etc; 3. Priority will be given to those with research experience in fields such as LED, optical communication, semiconductor materials, optoelectronic materials, etc; 4. Master the basic knowledge of semiconductor physics, semiconductor device physics, semiconductor device technology, etc; 5. Proficient in using drawing software such as AutoCAD, familiar with simulation software related to optics, devices, physics, etc; 6. Familiar with semiconductor process flow and equipment operation, with strong hands-on and analytical skills; 7.
