Responsible for the epitaxial structure design of new semiconductor laser products and projects; 2. As a key member of the epitaxial R&D team, participate in the research and development of the company’s semiconductor laser products; 3. Collaborate with the epitaxial/fab process integration team to improve and optimize product performance, defect analysis and resolution, and increase product yield; 4. Participate in analyzing and solving technical and process problems that arise in production; Job requirements. 1. Doctoral degree, major in materials science, optics, electronics, semiconductor or other related engineering fields; 2. Master the theory and practice of semiconductor laser technology; 3. Master or be familiar with VCSEL DFB、 Design of epitaxial structures for semiconductor lasers such as edge emitting lasers or optical communication lasers; 4. Familiar with GaAs and InP semiconductor laser epitaxial processes, front-end manufacturing processes, and back-end integrated device testing; 5. Candidates with relevant MOCVD or MBE process experience are given priority consideration; 6. Proactive and responsible in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and a strong sense of organization and logic; 7. Possess good communication and expression skills, planning ability, and execution ability; 8. Willing to study, with a persistent and hardworking work style, and emphasizing teamwork; Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; 10.
